Supply any dash camera footage and photographs available of the incident/scene.
Please note: if your vehicle has been involved in an incident involving theft or attempted theft then you must also notify the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number.

 

What to do if you have a complaint

If you wish to make a policy or service complaint, in the first instance, please contact us on 0800 032 5638. The team will aim to resolve your complaint on the same day.
