Supply any dash camera footage and photographs available of the incident/scene.
Please note: if your vehicle has been involved in an incident involving theft or attempted theft then you must also notify the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number.

What to do if you have a complaint

If you wish to make a policy or service complaint, in the first instance, please contact us on 0800 032 5638. The team will aim to resolve your complaint on the same day. Alternatively, you can email us at complaints@snnug.co.uk or write to our office address addressing the letter to Complaints.
